Affecting Server - Foreverhosting | Priority - Critical
We have had a small issues where customers have paid their invoices and our backend systems havent reflected this which has lead to account suspension.
On investigation we believe that the payment processor isnt providing a payment date and time to our systems so even when an invoice is paid our system shows it as 00:00 00/00/00 which will cause the automation system to think it was not paid.
The sysadmins are working on this right now so we hope to have it resolved within the next few hours.
